About Maggie Ramold-Kile
As Senior Asset Manager, Maggie oversees a portion of NTCIC’s expanding portfolio of historic and new markets tax credit investments. She brings extensive experience in underwriting and portfolio management, having previously served as a Senior Loan Portfolio Manager at Lincoln Savings Bank. There, she managed a portfolio exceeding $100 million, primarily focused on historic tax credit bridge loans. Prior to her work in banking and tax credit finance, Maggie worked in public accounting, where she conducted financial statement audits and reviews for clients.
“For me, our work matters because it keeps history alive in a way that serves communities not only for today, but for the future. It isn’t just preserving buildings; our work helps give communities places to gather and live. Without our work, many of the historic structures would remain vacant or face demolition. By making the projects possible, we ensure that future generations can experience these places while strengthening the communities around them.”
